Deco M5 Won't Connect. My newly installed deco m5 is dropping connection constantly. I have read about switching off the 5ghz band and i did it but it still does not work.

It connects to the network but cannot connect to the ooma core. I've factory reset i don't know how many times, and tried switching main units but whenever i setup the units i get to configure the wifi and then the light goes red.

Confirm you are connected to the deco m5 network. I have re initialize all the components including my deco m5 router and i reinstalled the mobile wyze app.
